The Risk Management Department Is happy to announce that the ISO certificate for Rolaco Trading & Contracting Holding Companies has been successfully renewed and updated to the new standard 2015-9001 according to the globally certified regulations and standards. This renewal was received based on the evaluation and the periodical tests made by one of the representatives of Lloyds Company authorized to grant such certificates. The evaluation lasted for one week, it included the company’s branches in Jeddah & Dammam including the warehouses and the sales offices. The representative also met with the COO and Risk Management Team in the company. This certificate assures the importance of rules and regulations in the company and the necessity to follow them which reflects on the improved workflow and the increase of customer satisfaction. It also grants us more creditability with customers and suppliers.
